Contacting a consular post to determine the required documents

The visa application has to be submitted together with 2 biometric photos,  a travel document and any other additional documents individually specified by the consul.

Before filling in the application, you are advised to contact the consular post where you intend to submit the visa application, to find out what additional documents will be required in your particular case.

Note: during the submission of  your application,  the consul or other authorized  employee of the consular post, after examining the documents attached to the application, may decide that additional documents are required.

Making your appointment

Select a convenient date for submitting your application and additional documents.

Note: failure to fill in the application within one hour of choosing the appointment date will result in annulment of the application.

Filling in and printing your application

Please fill in and print out your application. Fields No: 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, 13, 16, 31, 34 should be filled in by using the Latin alphabet letters only (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z). Any erroneous entry shall make the application void.

When filling in the Visa Application Form, please make sure that a valid email address is provided for future correspondence that may deem necessary. Other e-mail addresses than the one provided in the  VISA Application Form shall not be used when contacting  an applicant.

Submitting your application

Please submit your printed application and additional documents on your appointment date, at the relevant consular post.
